Mediengest\u00fctzte Ausbildungsformate (E-Learning, Blended Learning, Web 2.0) bieten hier interessante Lernpotenziale auf der individuellen- und organisationalen Ebene (vgl. auch&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.salto-dosb.de\/\">SALTO<\/a>).&nbsp;<\/p>\n<pre>ZIELE<\/pre>\n<p>Ziel des l\u00e4ngerfristig angelegten Sportentwicklungsprojekts ist die zyklische (Weiter-)Entwicklung, Implementation und Evaluation von kompetenzorientierten Blended Learning-Formaten (inklusive der Kopplung mit Community) in die Traineraus- und Fortbildung des Sports. Dabei kommt eine speziell f\u00fcr die Lehrkompetenz von TrainerInnen entwickelte Lernumgebung zum Einsatz, bei der eine situationsgenaue Videokommentierung sowie der Austausch \u00fcber diese Videokommentare (Social Video Learning) zentral sind. Neben Lehr-Lern-Zielen werden auch Qualit\u00e4ts- und Wissensmanagementziele verfolgt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00dcber einen Wechsel zwischen virtuellen Phasen und Pr\u00e4senzphasen erfolgt eine Neuorganisation des Lernens, was besonders ehrenamtlichen Trainern zu Gute kommt.<\/li>\n<li>\u00dcber Videotechnologie und Kommentierungsoptionen werden die Lernenden dabei unterst\u00fctzt, Coaching-Kompetenz aufzubauen. Mapping-Werkzeuge und Weblogs erg\u00e4nzen dieses Kernziel. Ein zweistufiger E-Portfolio-Prozess hilft den Teilnehmern dabei, die vielf\u00e4ltigen Artefakte zu vernetzen und einen &#8222;roten Faden&#8220; zu entwickeln.<\/li>\n<li>In l\u00e4nder\u00fcbergreifender Zusammenarbeit von Verb\u00e4nden, z.B. in kooperativen Onlinephasen, entstehen mediengest\u00fctzte Formen des Wissens- und Qualit\u00e4tsmanagements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<pre>VER\u00d6FFENTLICHUNGEN (AUSWAHL)<\/pre>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Entwicklung des edubreak-Konzepts basiert auf Grunds\u00e4tzen der didaktischen Entwicklungsforschung.
